If you book or claim coaching, your coaching relationship is also governed by the Client Coaching Agreement & Liability Terms, which covers confidentiality, cancellations, refunds, attendance, boundaries, employer-funded coaching and other service-specific terms.

Where a service is funded by an employer or another organisation, any specific funded-service terms will also be made clear when you claim or book that service.
