• These notes are kept only as long as needed and disposed of securely.

Wix (our website host) automatically collects:

• IP address

• Device and browser information

• Essential cookies required for site functionality and security

No advertising pixels or external analytics tools are used.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used to:

• Provide coaching services and manage bookings

• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and relevant service emails

• Restore communication if a session disconnects (via phone or WhatsApp, if necessary)

• Maintain business, tax, and financial records as required by law

• Protect website functionality and security

No marketing emails are sent.

• Contractual necessity: to provide the service you purchased

• Wix.com (website and booking system)

• Stripe (payment processor — we do not have access to your full card details)

• Gmail (email communication)

Additionally, a private Google Sheet is used to record non-identifiable initials solely to track coaching hours.

Session content is not stored in any system.

Occasionally, anonymised themes or general patterns that arise in sessions may be referenced in educational content (such as podcast episodes), but these are always shared in a way that removes all identifiable details. No personal information or specific client stories are ever disclosed.

5. Sharing Your Information

Your information is only shared with trusted service providers:

• Wix (site hosting + booking management)

• Stripe (secure payment processing)

Information may be disclosed if required by law.
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third-party advertisers.

6. Data Retention

Information is kept only as long as necessary for:

• providing services

• maintaining tax and financial records

Session notes, if created, are disposed of once no longer needed.

You may request deletion of your data at any time unless we are legally required to retain certain information.
